Display on the Lake
Back by popular demand we will have the Zap Cat & New Rapture
Sports boat & jet Ski Displays, held 3 times a day over the weekend
these experts will show you how maneuverable these craft really can be when
piloted by the top crews! This is a display that enthralled the spectators
last year with the speed and agility of the Zap cats, and the jumps of the
Jet skis

Free Come and try a boat on the Lake
Following the success of last years come and try event which saw over 1500 people put on various watercraft, including the famous "Zapcats", Jet Ski's, Sailing Dinghies, Canoes, Inflatable Speedboats, and even Coracles, we are pleased to announce that once again this fabulously popular attraction is coming to the show and promises to be even better. Supported by Swansea Watersports

South Wales Sea Cadets - Gun Run Challenge
Several units from the South Wales Sea Cadets will be competing in a number of challenges including the famous Gun Run, Knot Challenge and much more, prizes including a half day's sailing from a local sailing school will be up for grabs to the winning unit.

Shipwreck on Aberavon Beach
Over 40 tonnes of sand will be used to make a "beach" at the show
along with a Pirate Ship for kids to play on, we'll even supply plenty of
buckets and spades to keep the kids amused, this is one attraction the kids
will not want to miss!! Also on Saturday and |Sunday we have the return
of our Pirate Story teller, don't miss her adventures of old! also lots
for the younger ones to take part in here too! look out for times at beach!!

The Wave / Swansea Sound Road show
The Wave and Swansea Sound road show will be providing live entertainment, music, quizzes, games and more. Dylan the Dog will be there to keep the kids entertained and will be around the show ground, even on the lake!!!

How to REALLY Build sand castles
Its with great sadness that we have to report that Castle King are not longer trading
last year loads of children big and small had great fun with them
we're hoping that the guys who
hold the patent will be back for next year, but in the mean time we've got
over 40 tonnes of sand for you to build your master piece on!!!.
Building sand castles is great entertainment and also has important educational
value too. So on fathers day why not try and make the best castle for your
Day and win both of you a prize!

R.N.L.I Sea Safety Road show Once again the R.N.L.I sea safety stand will be at the South Wales Boat Show, offering loads of advice on Sea and Beach safety for children and adults alike, the show is one of only two in the United Kingdom, so when you visit the stand for all the free safety advice, please make a donation to help this lifesaving service raise even more this year than they did at last years show at the South Wales Boat Show.Family Attractions
Surf Simulator
Welsh Black Rodeo & Inflatable's will be bringing their surf simulator to the show, this is an attraction guaranteed to pull in the crowds with all ages eager to try surfing or showing off their surfing skills. The simulator is surrounded with an 18ft inflatable bed to safely catch those caught out by that "unexpected wave" !!
