Why Exhibit at the 2008 show

The Most Exciting Marine Event in Wales. Marketing.

We have kept the same dates over the three days due to feed back from exhibitors and public to maximise the best results. As last year Swansea Sound & the Wave will be running promotions before the show and giving massive media support and along With Sailing Today offering concession tickets for entry, Wales Watersports will again help us increase awareness across the U.K. and into Europe, and again with realistic site admission prices that reflects our enthusiasm for the event to be a success with prices starting from £6 for adults, £3 for children and £15 for families.

Margam Showground Marketing Image

Last years show was such a success after we massively increased the number of exhibitors attending the show due to the runaway success of the first show, also by incressing the number of family related entertainment we retained people within the show for longer periods as the was plenty of entertainment to suit all ages, including many displays from local Sea Cadets, the Lush Model agency provided models over the three dasy for our nautical fashion display and much more including competitons for thr dads on Fathers's day for the 2008 show we will be expecting between 15-30,000 visitors. We are once again encompassing all types of water sports from surfers, jet skis, fishing boats, power boats, canoes, dinghies, trailer-sailors, and yachts, the show will appeal to both young and old. We will be offering again our free "Get afloat, Try a Boat"event that will take place on the lake. We had nothing but high praises for getting over 1000 people on dinghies, jet bikes and canoes. Our Web site www.southwalesboatshow.co.uk will be regularly updated and is linked with the Wave/Swansea Sound. and many other marine and local government "whats on" sites as well as tourism sites throughout the uk.
